Decided to have a bike change so my R1150GS is up for sale.
2003 bike, 3 previous owners to me, 33k'ish miles, lots of invoices for work done and seven stamps in the book. It is an ABS model which all works fine - I also had the brake fluid changed last May as well.
It was last serviced by a dealer in May last year at 31k but I have recently serviced this bike myself about 500 miles ago including oil, filter, air filter, a new set of 4 spark plugs and a new stick coil pack for the left cylinder. Also recently had two new push rods and timing chain tensioner.
The only corrosion on the bike is a bit of tarneshing on the downpipes but apart from that, its pretty much sparkling and no scuffs or scratches on the bodywork either. Really testament to the longevity of these bikes, and their build quality. It really is in excellent condition throughout.
It has the standard black plastic panniers fitted, bar risers, brand new engine crash bars, heated grips, beak protector and Remus exhaust and 'Y' piece. Tyres are Metzlers with tons of life left in them.
MoT until July.
