R1150GS Showa Shocks - Silent Blocks & Outer Piston Seal

Hi all, I need to replace the SILENT BLOCKS (metal & rubber bushes) in my R1150GS Showa shocks - does anyone know that sizes so that I can order them in advance. BMW doesn't appear to list them anymore, and aftermarket would be cheaper anyway.
FRONT - BOTTOM
REAR - TOP
REAR - BOTTOM ?? (OD 27.8 x ID 10 x W 40 mm) ??

I also need to replace the OUTER PISTON DUST SEAL (RUBBER) on the rear Showa shock (B1072) - its a push-on type seal, and has perished - the piston and sleeve sizes are about 49mm and 54mm. Any tips on how to get the spring off the rear shock would be appreciated - a video would be great.

I also need to get the spring off the front shock to replace the bump stop rubber - but that is easier looking, as uses a slotted keeper to retain the spring.

I'm doing this for two R1150GS bikes, so not looking to buy new shocks at this stage.

You could try asking Denz0 of this Parrish. Who owns T-Tech Suspension LTD.

He rebuilds and services BMW suspensions for many folk around here, myself included at reasonable rates and fast service.

Because of the distance to your location and the costs of postage, he might be able to help you.

If it's the same as the 1100, to get the rear spring off you need an adaptor tool to bear on the hydraulic adjuster while using a spring compressor to access the circlip holding it all together. Cue a chorus of "ho yus, I just used a 2 x 4 and a piece of drainpipe" but Hyperpro do the tool if you want to do it yourself properly. Don't forget to loosen the tiny grub screw stopping the adjuster turning. There is definitely a video on youtube showing how it's done. Personally, I'd talk to Denz0, he's very helpful.
