Just in the process of removing the ABS/servo on my 2005 bike and it occurs to me that the speedo may take its readings from one of the ABS sensors so I shouldn't remove them. Anybody know?

Is the speedo not driven by cable from front wheel left side?
Duh, of course it is! 
And I only had the wheel out a week ago! I get confused between bikes. I'll close the thread after I've allowed a bit of time for piss taking....
