R1150RT 2003 HALL SENSOR PART NUMBER

I was searching the OEM BMW catalogue to find the Hall sensor part number for my bike, an early 2003 R1150RT, and I see that for the specific model it offers both types, the 6-pin flat connector that supposly fits the R1100 models and the 6-pin rectangular one that fits the latter R1150. Is it possible to be certain which one my bike already has without taking half of the bike apart, (fairing, tank etc.)?

not having an RT i think you will have to strip it.

I bought mine from this supplier in Limasol, Stavros; all I can say is that I bought mine nearly four years ago and my bike hasn't missed one single beat since.

The problem remains thought, how do I know which one is the right for me!
Even with the VIN number of the bike, it appears in the catalogue to have two different options.

Your bike has the rectangular connector.
