r1150rt light switch

anyone ever fitted a light switch for a 2004 1150rt like to turn mine off you know ! is it easy to do?

This would be handy for those with HID to stop recycling the ballast on start up.

Maybe use a secondhand switch cluster from the earlier years (up to 2002)? It might even be a simple plug and play although I have not looked at the wiring diagrams.

Something like this, bit pricey but maybe you could find one cheaper?

The multi-pin plugs are completely different - so it won't be a plug and play I'm afraid...
