Hi all
I have small problem with the engine cutting off at low revs
Wen the engine is at normal working temperature I stop (at the traffic lights )
pull the clutch ,select firs gear ,touch the throttle and the engine cuts off or sounds like is choking just for the split second and is good until next stop

Does anyone have the same problem?:nenau

Mine did something similar but not yet sorted why.
I had all the coils out and made sure the leads were ok. Also the low speed stepper motors. It's been ok since so not confirmed exactly where the problem is.

Then the usual suspects clutch and side stand switches.

Thanks I will check that tomorrow
Fitting new spark plugs as well :clap

Keep it simple at first then move out from there. Another potential cause is a weak battery though I'd expect some sort of warning light.

Check the free play in the Throttle Lever, and its cable see if it moves freely, and then check to make sure things are ok at the other end of it.

I had to rotate my grip slightly when I got my bike.

Has it had the cam sensor mod done to the right cam shaft. Take the rocker cover off and the little finger on the bottom cam should have an "A" stamped on it. If it hasn't it needs doing as this was a recall issue for the same problem your experiencing.
