R1200GS HELP ME PLEASE

Hi, i have looking at a 1200GS 04 plate 15000 miles one owner. Full BMW service book. Very very clean bike. Givi top box. ABS. Two stage heated grips. Cylinder head protectors. Power socket. Front fender extender and in Ocean Blue.
He wants £5500 i would prefer to pay slightly less. Does this price sound right.

hi russell i,m about to put my 05 1200gs on the market fully loaded in black pearl paint all bmw panniers/ top box,( poss bmw tankbag) Cylinder head protectors,engine bars (not the cheap steel ones) 2 power sockets, sat nav mount, brand new front tyre 15%worn rear tyre bmw history 19700 miles
only selling to work my way up to an 1200gs adventure any time soon , even williams have said to me 2 days ago they would give me £5250 for my bike need a little more if you have £5500 my be able to sort something out
im quite new on hear so.....

any corrosion or pitting on cylinders and front plate. how many owners and a few pictures would help. i will be spending cash this week end
