Any ideas where I can download a factory workshop manual for my 2012 R1200GS Hexhead K25 ?

I don’t think there is a printable manual as such. The workshop CD has all the modern bike an it and through a menu system you select the bike and model year and what task you wish to perform and you can then either follow the instructions on the computer or print out the work sheets for that task.

Only pirated copies are available. BMW stopped selling all service manuals for all models and all years in 2021 thus handicapping independent service techs and DIYers. It looks like an attempt to monopolize service at dealerships.

Who ever heard of an adventure bike for which the manufacturer does not provide service information ?

No new BMWs for me.

Hi..I was looking at the rep rom bmw manuals for sale on ebay...will the 2004 cd cover a 2010 model or do I need to look for a specific part number for a 2010...or is there any can download it from..I have a Haynes manual but would like the genuine one

I think if you get the correct CD, then it should cover both years. I say this because every time I launch the app from my own CD, I have to select the model, year and month. Pics below might help
