R1200GS latest production mods......

My local dealer only knew about the hazard switch change in advance, and the others came as a surprise. Couple of photos at http://tinyurl.com/b7d5v but they weren't specifically taken to show the changes.

Pity about the crap toolkit (see another thread).

No.....the frame changes means the lean angle is actually improved (more vertical).............

Um, the Volvo in the garage looks remarkably like a VW Golf to me, but what do I know! The grey thing in the drive is actually a Ford Focus in disguise (really).

Seen at Motorrad Central in Glasgow today, was a spanking new Graphite Grey BMW R1200GS, hot off the production line, with a number of rather obvious (& welcome) production mod's.....

Minor correction. The colour is called Granite Grey rather than Graphite Grey, though I think the latter is probably a more accurate description considering what a horrible colour granite actually is. I mean, anyone been to Aberdeen?

Didn't get the chance to take the bike to bits.........but more recent info indicates that the Adv tank will fit the standard 1200GS........

It just isn't a separate button for it. Push both indicator switches at the same time and you still have hazard warning lights.
