Nonsense. Their customer support is better than most other manufacturers. This is from personal experience (I had a bike replaced by them in 2013), and reading through other forums.
You need a good dealer to fight your corner. If you have a crap dealer, then you have a lesser chance of a good result from BMW.


The only flaw in your argument.....................it should have be ok in the first place and never been allowed through QC ~ people seem to forget that the onus is on BMW to get it right, not the customer to find out or have to tell them, through persistent complaints and dissatisfaction

Not yet....they're giving it anther crack and hopefully will sort out....lots of contact with the boys back in Deutschland...still no answers yet but starting to lose patience.
