R1200GS Side Fuel Tanks

yep seen 'em and last time we asked they weren't available yet due to some kinda problem with the fuel getting through.

Made in Oz- not available yet.
I'm wondering if the new R1200 ADV's fuel tank might fit when it arrives........
Wouldn't it be forward thinking if one of the BMW engineers had planned it to?
If designed with same fittings as current 1200 tank, it would do away with all the plastics and increase their sales.... nice idea- in theory ...what are the chances??
