Morning Gentlemen,
For the past couple years I've been writing and selling Service Manuals. Last year I did one for the RT-WC , which I've just updated to include the GS and GSA.
They're £25 on ebay but discounted to £19.95 if you PM me through this forum.

Written around the 6000, 12000 mile, and annual services.

Before buying please see extracts available on the following links.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/bf6io6vwm...S Service Manual C01 Pages 110 - 111.pdf?dl=0

Torque settings given in both metric and imperial.

122 pages featuring over 24,000 words and 100 black & white photographs. Double sided, laser printed on A4, 80gsm paper. Clear acetate front and back covers are wipe clean. Spiral binding allows the manual to open completely flat.

So far I've sold over 400 books, (mostly Triumph Explorer but also Triumph Tiger 800 and Honda NC700 - for independent comments see the Tiger Explorer forum where I'm a small business member) http://www.tiger-explorer.com/index.php/topic,4369.0.html

Also sell switched fused power blocks with self healing fuses, and high current quad USB chargers.

Cheers, Mark

My wife asked if ladies are allowed to buy them too, as you say "Morning Gentlemen"....please say yes as then she can buy one for me for by Birthday.

;-)

I'm a lot of things but definitely not sexist. I'd be delighted to make your Wife happy. If you PM me her email address I'll do all I can ;-)
Cheers, Mark.

Is this a copy of the official BM manual or have you taken photos and written your own instructions on how to maintain a bike. Where have you got your information and technical back up.
I'm not bothered if you are just ripping of BMW If its £5.00 or so a copy where can I get one. Sorry BMW you are taking the piss with your DVD manual, cost almost nothing to produce and should be given free with every bike.

It's all my own work. l serviced the bike, took the photos, wrote the text and produce the book.
For my source of technical Info I use a genuine Bmw DVD. I'd have to disagree with you when you say "costs almost nothing to produce". These things take hundreds of hours to prepare so there is a significant cost.
Mark.

I think Sooty was referring to BMW's service manual (DVD).

(but doesn't validate his point that service manual "cost nothing to produce")

I have a the BMW DVD manual and yours is a lot clearer to read the BMW one takes some time to find your way around

Not to take away from the OP, but if I am a subscriber I can just post my wares? I did notice someone deleted my post.

Jim

NickD, Sorry no I don't do one for the twin cam series. (Yet - if someone wants to lend me a bike I'll service it for free and write the book around it)

Strider, You can email me at [email protected] with your paypal email address and I'll send you an invoice.

Cheers,
Mark

I’ve just received the manual but it’s for the Tiger Explorer and not the GS WC.

Shall I return it to the address on the packet and could you send me another?

Cheers Simon
