Hi All,
I've got a 2006 GSA which has 51,000 miles on the clock. It is mechanically in very good nick but has cosmetic issues in three main areas:
The timing cover paint is peeling off
The hub paint isn't great
I've resprayed it myself so it is ok but not factory
The alloy panniers are oxidised, but not pitted
I think the cosmetic issues are easily recoverable although I'm not sure of the easiest approach with the hubs.
The £12k question is should I spend a relatively small amount on tarting it up or should I get it into presentable condition and part-ex it with a load of cash for a 2010 GSA?
They look great and I like the yellow one but I'm not sure its worth the cost given the paltry amount I will be offered in exchange for mine.
Blowzorn says get a new one or wait for the 6 cylinder LT but he's
Suggestions on a post card please...
Thanks.
