Hello there, long time lurker not very often i post and i must admit i am unsure why i am posting this as i am sure i am going to be ridiculed but.......
I havent been able to ride the bike for a while due to the obvious Covid things and then just being very busy with life recently, but on Saturday i got a rare two hours or so to play out, was looking forward to it all Friday and Saturday morning, 3pm arrives and i got the GSA out and set off.
Thing was, for the first hour and a bit i was absolutely bored out of my head, i kept thinking is this it, have i fallen out of love with biking? is it the bike? is it me? i thought to myself that the bike does everything really really well and i cant criticise it, but i wasn't getting the smile from it that i recall from my days of riding a Triumph Tiger 1200, i carried on riding trying to fix what it was that had gone wrong.
And then it clicked, i looked at the handlebars and noticed the button that said Modes, so i pressed it, changed it from Road to Dynamic, and then it felt like all hell broke loose!!! i felt the bike tighten up and the throttle changed completely, and then the smile came back to my face, all was well and good with the world again! just cant believe how dumb i had been and not remembered the modes can be changed.
So if there is an award for biggest moron on this forum i would like to nominate myself as it appears i am a bit of an idiot to be honest!!

Cheers,
Tony

no the modes do make a big difference . Plus you will be a bit rusty having not ridden for awhile . I keep mine in Dynamic . no need for the other modes . good you got your Mojo back . It happens to us all
