This is what was delivered (in a van) on Saturday . .
And yes - that tank is pure rust.
It was heading for a Continental trip but only got as far as Newcastle

The tank is held on by the single fuel line.
The airbox only had one horizontal gearbox mounting bolt - three turns from tight (so the gearbox was breathing into the airbox).
The seat was held on by two nuts that were just started on their (long) threads - it could be lifted about two inches.
The clutch needs two hands to operate

I've got pics of the gearbox internals but I haven't put them up onto Photobucket yet - watch this space.
Suffice to say that it was almost impossible to wheel it about in neutral
