r80/7 fork oil?

Yes I have read TFM all a bit vague, welding rods no more than 3 weight don't use any other fork oil blah blah blah etc just tell me how much and what weight I need, oh 1981 r80 tic.

If it's fitted with brembo brakes then 3w is a mile off. 7.5w is a better option. Only use good oil though, if you have a yamaha dealer nearby they will have a yamalube 7.5w fork oil. 220cc in each leg. Always stick with the same brand otherwise you'll never find out what works for you.

If your bike has ate brakes then 5w is a good starting point.
