R80G/S Flywheel

Anybody have a spare R80G/S flywheel they don't want.

Looks like the rivets/holes on mine have worn allowing a fair bit of play between the main body and the ring gear

Pretty sure all the 80 / 100 engines have the same flywheel, could you just check on RealOEM for the part number of yours. I know I have an 80 engine that I've been gently robbing sitting spare.

g/s's all have LIGHT flywheels...
so you need one from a post 81 airhead....

Realoem states 21211338722 for both 81 G/S and 100GS.

Just taken the clutch out and there's about 2mm play in the starter gear ring must of rattled like a goodun when last running.

Measured the clutch plate and it's 5.9 mm so that should be ok.

Suppose I may as well have a look at the oil pump and rear seal as I'm in there.

P.S. I will remember to chock the crank before I remove the flywheel
