Decided against using the old front bearing carrier,
It was just too far gone

Crankcase prepped and crank in

Got the bevel rebuilt.

Made a start on the heads,
New guides in,
Reprofiled squish for the new 1000 pistons and barrels

Set the end float on the new cam,and fitted it

Checked and set the crank end float,
New oil pump and rear main oil seal,
