Fly wheel can go on.
Make sure it’s in the correct place on the crank,

Clamp the engine down,
Torque up the new flywheel bolts,
Fit new bigend shells and bolts torque them up at the same time

New oil pressure relief piston and spring

Bit nicer than the one that came off

New set of cam followers

Pistons in and barrels on

Busy day in the office.

Got the heads rebuilt,
New guides,valves,springs etc.

All new valve gear,
Shimmed up.

Both valve covers are damaged,but I’ll stick them on to seal things up.
Until I get the timing cover back from powder that’s about it from my side of things

This is the tank I have.
The seat I have is only really a base,the cover is scrap and the foam is far from perfect

..rebuilt wheels

... finally got the wheels back ... plumbed for the Enduro 3 saharas ... could ony get the front sorted as rear wheel still needs aligning as the guy never had the tooling ... taking it to Mikey when i pick my bits up and he's gonna sort for me

Did you send them out to be polished ? Where to ?

..my nephew is a metal polisher so after i split the hubs out they went for blasting and i gave the rims to Michael .... was a fair bit of corrosion

Charlie - I've got a pair I need to have restored, roughly what should of budget am I looking at if I do as you have done.
