Last post about front brake I hope.

I installed a new rigid brake line to the caliper, and I have a very very slight weep mainly when I pump the lever out of the top of the nut which holds the brake line. I didnt want to overtighten this and there are still are few threads showing at the base where it goes into the caliper, should I nip it up a touch more?

Cheers all again in advance

If it is well used it could be distorted at the sealing surface. If you need to replace it just take the original to a car repair garage or bike shop (not dealer) and ask them to make a new length of pipe. The last one I did was for a disk on conversion and needed to be 25mm longer so I had 2 made 1 original and 1 new length in copper £5.00. To bend it just ease it around a suitable bottle neck or similar its quite soft.
