R850r greenish oil

Hi

I have noticed a trickle of greenish oil near to the left foot peg on my r850r.

Any ideas at all before I investigate.

It's the coolant

Joking aside. Are you sure it's from the bike? I mean not something that's gotten onto it and now dropping off it? Does it smell of anything that might identify it? How much is there?

check that the cam chain tensioner bolt isnt loose

It's all a bit vague... Try to be more informative about the location, the forum doesn't charge per word posted. .

Gear oil can appear to have a greenish tinge.... but then again perhaps someone has used Duckhams engine oil, that's green.
