Bought a GSA topbox off this site, unlocked but no key. Popped into Rainbow today & asked about key coding to my bikes ignition. No problem said Steve, bring the box in & we'll sort it for you when we get a minute. Took it back, Steve said have a coffee (free) & we'll do it now - had problems getting one of the locks out so took 'em about 45 mins - cost £ 0.00 - thanks very much lads

Glad to hear that, Ive just bought a bike from them, should have collected tommorrow but work have decided to send me away so will have to wait a bit longer. Found the whole buying experience an absolute pleasure, no pressure, rush etc.
