The Rallye low is new then a suit certainly wasn’t an option last year.
The Rallye is lower than the standard/pillion anyway and you’ll struggle to get it on the low setting so doubt you’ll need the even lower one..

The black/ white only rallye seat has been available since 2017 in low, standard and high versions .

As previously said, the Rally seat is narrower than the standard seat, that's what makes the difference. It does look better than the two piece seats.
It is only intended to fit with the seat adjusters in the high position, although I use mine with a pair of the "low" front rubbers (with the offset hole) and they work fine, I'm 5'8".
If you have the standard not adv GS, the cover at the rear of the Rally seat will not fit with the SW Motech rear rack reinforcing piece, however with a bit of modification is can be made to fit.
