RDGA and Route Napoleon Dash 20th June

camper van hell, unless you are on a bike.

Dropping down to this lake then riding up to Aiguines for a lazy lunch reminds you why you ride a bike

RDGA

Thanks wreford, I was up at the same spot Saturday, there are loads of little roads to explore as well as the lovely main routes
You got me thinking to do this RDGA as one trip,,
I have been travelling down East and west for over 20 years and fancy joining it all together in one trip probably over 10 days, for the RDGA and add a bit in,,
Thanks for posting the trip, I will be searching the local tourist info places for a map now, there is a great selection at the casino supermarket just north of dignes les Bains,,,
Roamer,,

The RDGA is probably what Carling would do if they rode motor bikes... I'd like to thank Wreford for organising it, and forgive him for being a bit slow....

My Mrs and I stayed in Aoste and joined the RDGA route there and did it in one day, ya bunch of fannies, we even had time to stop for an ice pop in Monaco and have a swin once we'd found a campsite along the road towards Savona :D

Forgot to mention that she was on a 650 transalp and I was on a 650 Dakar :green gri

I didn't even get a rash on ma bum and it were easy peasy.
