AN OFFER has been accepted from an unnamed buyer to acquire motorcycle clothing and accessory retailer Hein Gericke.

Administrator Moorfields Corporate Recovery said the offer would enable the Hein Gericke brand to continue. The sale of the business, headquartered in Harrogate in the UK, is expected to complete in early September.

Up to the deal going through, the last of the stock will continue to be sold at reduced prices.
