As per title.
The Givi key for my Outback Trekker top box looks very similar to the BMW key for the bike.
Has anyone re-keyed the Givi lock to suit the BMW key?

I'd be very interested to find this out too.

BMW panniers, and Givi Outback topbox.

me too, but Im probably just going to stick with the single helmet BMW top case

I asked this question when my bike went in for a service at Preston last month - the Givi outback trekker was on the bike - was told not possible - I know it looks similar externally, but apparently it's not similar internally.
I'm sure someone will find a way though.

I did mine.

Took about 45 mins, mostly taken up filing the wafers.

Its mainly a case of removing a small amout of metal top&bottom, for the wider key, app 1 mm total,
When taking the stainless cover off there are small springs and plastic shutters,
The wafers can be juggled to read the bmw key, you will have spares as the givi lock uses more , the little window box piece can be carefully filed and re fitted,
Done a few , and with care just making the key slide in the bare barrel snugly it will work perfectly,

Dead easy to do, and I only had to open up the first wafer in the lock - all the rest worked fine.
