Re sizing pictures on my iPad 2/3

I've had a quick look and downloaded Aviary which seems ok but doesn't resize. Any suggestions? Thanks

Try Photogene.

Again nothing like as good as real computer software. That's why I use the iPad as a last resort workstation!

The resize is hidden in the export menu.
