Re torqueing the head on a R1150GS

Hello
Can some one tell me the correct way to re torque the head after a head gasket change and a 500mile or so running? Do you do one nut at time or loosen all 4 and torque as normal ?

Just found the answer in the manual . Its one nut at a time ,loosen, torque to 20Nm then 180deg .

So it does. Not what I'd have thought.
