Rear Footrests help needed please

Mrs Reg Has a great deal of difficulty mounting the back of the 1200GS, I suspect the lowering of the rear footrests may be to both our advantages. Anyone done this or found a supplier who could help? Much appreciated!

Look at Touratech, Wunderlich, etc they'll all have lowering kits which are dead easy to install. Might be pricey, but you can't put a price on your better half comfort, right ?

True I find it stops that whining noise that makes your ears bleed after a while.
