Rear rack question

I have a rear rallye rack (9457681) on my GS1250 and I wanted to attach a rear tail back and use some of the mounting slots it has.

Does anyone know what luggage this was designed for please.

I was keen on a Hepco and Becker Legacy rear bag, something small and about 5-10litred in capacity… but don’t think this rack will work.

BMW used to make a “Soft Bag” range.Soft bag 2 was that last one I had. I’ve just started looking for another one myself. I had a BMW zip top back many years ago, and before that I used to use a SEAL LINE canoe bag.

However, SW MOTECH, GIVI and the like also make roll top bags, and will probably last longer.
