My rear seat is on and apparently locked in place, but if I give it a good tug it comes off.

Tried this several times. Anyone else had this problem.

Check the rubber bung/stopper gave mine a turn and it stopped the locking, think it was a little to high.

This reminds me of the old Tommy Cooper gag:

Tommy: Doctor, doctor it hurts if I do this (sticks out tongue / waves arm or whatever)

Doctor: Don't do it then.

I find that if I give the brake fluid reservoir a good tug, it comes off, too.

Then it's not on right:blast

Make sure the key is out or at least back to vertical and push down hard to click in. If still not working some WD40 on the clip catches etc. Will not come off when yanked if on properly.:thumb2
