In the same boat John. It is expensive to get them refurbished though and tbh I'm happier with a new shock. I can sell you a good set of shocks for an 1150rt if your interested

well RT shocks may improve my riding skills as be able practice off road wobbles whil on tarmac
might look into the hyperpro in future but as stands own shocks are not bad, just rather better set up

Only reason I'm getting the new shock is because the old one was dead. I'll let you know what it's like when I get it.
heard nothing but good things about hyper pro, some on the f650 site even rate them better than wilbers
