Rear shock protector

My take on a protector to keep the crap off the rear shock
Still a bit more tweaking but i recon it will do the trick nicely

I've fitted a BMW OEM shock guard off an F900GS

Part number is 33 4 8 359 968 and it cost £12

It fits with two plastic rivets ( 51 11 1 908 077) so easy to remove if required

This part on RealOEM ? Part number is 33548359968 (there's a 5 missing in @nicholsonj2252 's part no.). BMW dealer should be able to help.

Did you have to drill holes to fit? has the protector rub into the tyre in any ocassion? Thanks in advance.

Yes had to drill two holes for the plastic push fit rivets to go into . The protector has not rubbed the tyre at all
