Rear shocker

Possibly got a problem with my rear shocker
on my R11ooGS
When i was checking if the shocker was hard enough
for some green laning i was intending on doing i pushed down
on the rear carrier and instead of returning quikley it came
back slower than usual.
Is it on the way out?

played with the rebound damping lately?

If it comes back slowly, then you've increased the rebound damping. Compression damping is not adjustable on a standard shock.

You'll know when the damping has gone as the shock will extend very quickly, pogo stick style.
