Why is it that the 1150gs just has a straightforward two mounting point mono shock suspension, when most mono shock bikes have multi linkage rising rate suspension?
Is it related to the pivoting shaft drive?

if the GS can get away without have all the extra bushes that are prone to wear and seizing, I wonder what the advantages are in having them?
