Rebuilding an Acer Lappy

I have an Acer Aspire 5920G Lappy that basically is sh@gged so i've decided to blow everything away and rebuild it. I've done this with other lappies in the past but cant remember how to go back to default. I'm sure its hit an 'f' key on boot up? f2 takes me into options of how to boot the lappy etc.

Anyone any pointers on this please?

Also, how do I back up everything i have in iTunes? I think I've backed everything else up (and probably iTunes) I just want to make sure!

F2 takes you to setup where you can enable F12 Boot setup.
