Recall on 650 GS twin?

Had a letter from Pidcocks asking me to bring in the 650 twin for 'Recall/modification yesterday. Don't know what it is ...

It was an 08 model.... but we sold it a good 12 months ago Can't remember the name of the lady that bought it... but just a heads up to check if you haven't had a notification

Mine was done on the 6k service in May

I haven't got one but I know from the German GS Forum the recall is to replace the Czech chain kit with another one from the same supplier, CZ.

Be sure to check the air filter that it didn't collapse into the air box like mine had.
There is a BMW factory "campaign" about the air filter issue.

There I was, thinking "15k, mmm, chain & sprockets next year then", when the phone rang: bring it in and we'll do it for free. Excellent. Just hope they last as well as the originals!
