power plug on 650 gs

since my 650 is new to me i have no idea what fits into the power point on bike? is it a cigerette connection or if not what is it as i am completely confused.

please help me on this.

Hi Vixen

It's not a cigarette connection... whatever that might be. Just a socket to power a heated jacket, camping light, GPS, phone charger, or charge the 'bike battery through a trickle charger, or whatever you want. Not the normal car cigarette lighter size, but a smaller version common to Bosch or Hella retail outlets. You can get a plug from the BMW dealer to push in, to power up whatever you want.
