Recieving SKY without a card

We've just moved and don't have an ariel on the house, got a sky dish though.
Is it possible to just buy a second had digi box, plug it in and recieve the free channels or do you still have to subscribe?
If it's possible which is the best/most suitable box?

on ebay you can get certain cards that allow the free view channels for no cost. but do a litle research to make sure you get the right card. some will work, some wont. i cant remember which as its been a while but this is your best option. i think they are blue wiuth a yellow house on them

Any Sky box will work, then you just need a Freeview satelite card, Sky used to send these out free if you called and asked.

That's what I do.
