Thre was another thread about this. But i have to agree its great. it does exactly what it claims. keeks the crap off your legs and the rear shock.

I fitted touratech side pannels first and they helped, the inner fender needed a small ajustment to fit with the side panels. but the side panels mean that you dont notice the cable ties holding the inner fender.

I have had it on for three weeks now been on holiday and done about 3000 miles a lot of it in the rain and my legs have stayed clean and dry. there is hardly any muck on the swing arm around the bottom of the shock.

I know that tyres can make a difference I am using the new tourance exp tyres.

well impressed with this item and would recomend it to anyoune who is fed up with GS legs.

very expensive for a small piece of plastic but cheap for somthing that does such a good job. pitty BMw dont fit something similar as standard.

Have just ordered one at the weekend as to my mind a hugger does not quite look 'right' on a GS. Very glad you guys reckon it does the job.

Anybody want a MC hugger ;)

Fitted mine a couple of weeks ago, caused a bit of a stir with other GS riders as they all have huggers which some have had problems with they can see that this bit of kit is simple effective (but Expensive),,
fits in minutes and fits really well,

happy riding:thumb2

fitted mine a couple of weeks ago and it works great :thumb2

I am sure I have seen a very simlar device(ewe posted) for the GS12 on this forum(fecked if I can find it, been looking for over half an hour:blast). But it was pre-made out of rubber or neoprene with all the cuts and folds etc, and held in place by trusty old zip ties plus ewe hooked it under the tool tray I think. I am sure that a smarter person than me will soon put a link up to it ( still can't work the search thread tool as it is meant to be used:nenau:blast)
come on let me sleep tonight and show me the link:bow:bow

Mine arrived yesterday so will fit it over the w/e.

Have to say it's gonna look a lot neater than sheets of cut rubber or a hugger for that matter BUT that has to be the most expensive piece of plastic I have ever bought - not even sure it's injection moulded, looks more like it's been vac-formed out of thin sheet.

Ho-hum, the joys of MBW ownership :mmmm
