What have we got guys, what do you like? I need one for a 13 GSA that won't let the rain in, with a window in the top.

Apologies for the motorcycle centric posting :D

How about the one I have for sale in the for sale section?

I've just got a Motech/Bags Connection evo engage tank bag (7 litre capacity) to replace my touratech day tank bag.

It's plenty big enough for the items that I need to carry, build quality is excellent and it sits securely on a tank ring which is bolted to the fuel filler cap. Also comes with a rain cover & shoulder strap.....there are many bags in their range so if you need a window in the top I'm sure there's one there.

Can't comment on the item Joe has for sale (I've looked in the for sale section but am unable to locate the item).

I've used baglux tank bags for years and never had any cause for complaint, but with them you need the tank cover to attach it. I also have a small SW Motech which attaches via a tank mounted adaptor ring and it's a great little thing, easy to mount and remove. Last year though I used BMW's own GS tank bag and it was as good if not better than the others. I'd go for any one of these three again no problem.

Ive had a couple of BMWs own and both have delaminated. First One replaced under warrantee, gave up after that. Best I've had is Wunderlitch by far IMHO.

Givi/Kappa tanklock range of bags.

I have a large expandable Kappa for travelling and a smaller 5ltr Givi for day to day use. IMHO the Givi Tanklock flange has a much lower profile than the SW Motech solution.

+1.....:thumb2

I used tank bags for years.....Non of them were ever QUITE as good as the Baglux ones.....

You don't need one, excuse my negativity but really what are you going to put in it? its just a device to carry crap you don't need.

When you park up its another thing to carry around with you.

I have ridden all over Europe without one, its just an unnecessary extra bag waiting to be nicked. :augie
