No further north than Oloron-Sainte-Marie.
No further south than Jaca.
No further east than Laruns.

Know any good places?

Thanks will have a look.

This is the area I'm thinking of, certainly looks like there are loads of tracks, trails and tiny twisty roads to explore for a few days in the area.

Thinking small hotel, near or in small town / village.

Stayed HERE a couple of times.

Lovely unspoilt place with fantastic rooms and superb food - all at very reasonable prices. Loads of trails in the area too.

Highly recommended. :thumb2

Thank you both very much, this one is near perfect.

Just rang them and no one speaks English so not sure how to go about seeing if they have 4 rooms for 3 nights at the start of October.

emailed them so hopefully someone there will be able to read it and reply.

You won't find that many tracks and trails to ride without being shot at in the National Park these days:blast

Looks like the area where we are for 3 nights is well clear of the NP's and looking at google mapping riddled with tracks and trails.

Booked 3 nights at Humbugs recommendation as it looks and sounds lovely.
56e for double bed, on-suite with breakfast.
Google translate certainly works well emailing these folk.

Thanks all.
