Recommend me a batch Image resize program

I have need of a robust and simple to use batch image resize tool.

Any good ones used by folks here ?

....And a lot more besides.
(EG you can rename and re-position the re-sized pics as you go, so it will put all the smaller ones in a specific folder etc..plus it will add a watermark or text overlay to all of them at the same time, etc etc)

Great little prog, definitely the one I'd use for this
