I ended up ordering some non-Goretex Daytonas from FC-Moto in Germany.

They are still hot in 30C temps (behind an RT fairing) but they are cooler than the Goretex versions. I find much-overheated feet very distracting and would sacrifice some protection for the extra comfort.
