Recommendation for independent servicing

Hi folks,
Just had 3 quote's for 24,000 ml service and 4year brake and clutch fluid change on my 55reg 1150gsa with servo abs.
Best quote is £545, which to me seems a bit excessive.
If anyone out there knows of a good independent in the East yorks area,i would very much appreciate it if you could forward me their name and number.
One guy who has been recommended is,Adi Senior of Cowick, unfortunately i cannot find his number,maybe somebody out there knows him?.

Independent servicing

Last time I was at Jeffries I spoke to a lad who took his GS to a garage in Dewsbury and he said the chap was very good, anyone know of him?

My bike goes to a guy called Mike Tinkler (07729160979) who's an ex Lincs police bike mechanic, now a lecturer on bike engineering at Lincoln college. He lives about 15 miles north of Lincoln. I know a few other guys on here have used him too. Charged me about £90 labour for a 24k service, inc oils but I supplied a service kit from Motorworks, about another £40 I think.

just had my 1150gs done at tom conway motorcycles at langley moor,durham i bought the bike there in 2008,i had 3 filters,3 oils,gearbox,diff,and engine done plus new plugs,new clutch and brake oil,new brake pads front and back and mot,d,valve clearence done,and belts checked,i had missed a service and got quoted 600 pounds by southport bmw,i paid conways 359 all in,they do a great job,hope this helps
