Have just got back from holiday in Zell am See, Austria today, unfortunately the bevel box bearings on my r1150gs which were replaced 3 weeks before the trip collapsed on arrival taking out the main oil seal.
My hotel contacted Kauffman the next day (that day was a religious holiday) and were told to bring the bike straight down.
The bike was repaired the same day and I collected it the following morning.
Total costs 270 euros and its been fine since, now all I have to do is speak to BMW and see what they're going to do about it.
Excellent service considering the last time my local dealer contacted me re a recall they couldn't book the bike in for 4 weeks.

) The Kaprun dealer took it in the next day and provided me with a loan bike as the part had to be ordered for next day delivery. 24 hours later, bike fixed and on road.
