Also this smaller "route" I am creating really is a "track". As it is offroad. Is there any way tracing a track (eg: not routed)?

MyRoute is predominantly an ‘on road’ tool. That said, I believe the latest update of the Navigation app allows better off road routing. As I don’t go off road too often, I haven’t looked what it can and can’t do.

I have created you a fresh post for this question.

One more thought.

You can trace over a track, using the ‘off road’ button.

This will create straight lines between points. You could use this to trace over a track. Slow, but it’ll work.

No problem.

Some others, who go off roading more often might have some ideas, too.

This works. The way I always planned my greenlaning routes in BC was exactly like this.

My OSM maps are not routable (and I don't expect them to be). Straight lines from point to point are what you (I) need. Up to you how much "detail" you need/want to add.
