Just spotted this on the Met Office website when checking the weather. May be worth sticking your head out of the window
if you live on the flight path.

Went down do watch it at Hawarden airport which is their base today. Met up with Timolgra from this very forum. They did a small display on returning then set of to their home base at 6:50 pm.

I never tire of watching them 👍

They're at the Southport Air Show this weekend and flying the below route today.

People across Greater Manchester may be able to catch a glimpse of the Red Arrows today.
The Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team will be spotted in the sky on Friday afternoon as they make their way from their base at RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire to Blackpool Airport

And the route they are taking means the flight plan goes over a large part of the region - giving people on the ground a chance to glimpse the distinctive red Hawk trainer jets.

After taking off at 4pm the Red Arrows will fly towards the Peak District and from Glossop towards Oldham. The jets will then fly over Denshaw, Newhey, south of Rochdale town centre, Heywood, Bury town centre, Harwood, north of Bolton town centre, Smithy Bridge, Horwich, Blackrod, Worthington, Standish, Shevington and Parbold before turning towards Skelmersdale and on to Liverpool.

Didn't see them yesterday , but certinally will today at noon at the Airshow. that's as long as this sea mist fades away

I just saw that they’ve cancelled today…
that's correct they did ! they were stationed at Blackpool , but a freak Misty morning around that area meant low visibility ,so they could not take off ! all those across the river at Southport were waiting in blue skies for them to appear ......but obviously they didn't !
