Hi Timpo, I am doing it on the Tenere, my mate is doing it on a CCM644.
Ferry booked out from Portsmouth to Le Havre on the Friday morning (cheaper the to Caen) and booked the channel tunnel back.

No mate. The person who organised it has moved to South Africa

It was a low key event, and every one promised not to use the route again unless organised by the the same person which was for charity

I presume it was held using public rights of way?
