Reducing Image File Size - Help Please

All my photos are too large to upload within the limits set on the site...any advice on how i can reduce their size....

Move your chair away from the screen 6" at a time, when the image looks small enough click save. Hope this helps

Start --> Run --> mspaint

Image tab --> Resize/skew.

I resize images to 800x600, so you need to do a simple bit of maths...

Master Dabbers was no bad for a computer fud like me(it was like the start of dads army wi all those arrows ),Tuned,s talky got me through it plus he sounds rather cute

There's loads of programs that will do this automatically or at the click of a botton. But for the amount of pics that I resize I'm happy with MS Paint.

Tried this and it was easy - now have a small avatar which I couldn't do before.
Irfanview still links and downloads so THANKS.
